Seated on the left is Mr. Godber Tumushabe, Associate Director of the Great Lakes Institute for Strategic Studies (GLISS). Seated 3rd Left is Mr. Dennis Tabaro, a senior program officer in charge of monitoring, evaluation and advocacy at National Association of Professional Environmentalists (NAPE) and seated on the right is Mr. Dickens Kumugisha, the Chief Executive Officer of Africa Institute for Energy Governance (AFIEGO ).
Mr. Godber Tumushabe, Mr. Dennis Tabaro and Mr. Dickens Kamugisha were guest speakers. The other guest speaker (not in the picture though) was Mr. Eriab Naturinda, the Legal Assistant of the NGO Board who represented the Minister of Internal Affairs Gen Aronda Nyakairima. At the dialogue, the youths resolved to petition parliament suggesting amendments to the Bill
