The National Youth conference on Oil and Gas in Uganda
The National Youth conference on Oil and Gas was organized by Pan African African in conjunction with Youth Plus Policy Network and Kyambogo University Environment Association. The theme of the conference was the Stake of the Youth in the oil and gas. Since announcement of oil discovery in the country in 2006, the youth expectations have been very high hoping that oil proceeds will go a long way in addressing their most pressing needs such as employment, access to credit and acquiring better education.
